Hello,

I’m a cartoonist living in Nelson, BC, Canada. This is a self-portrait, portrayed as a bison.

I love to draw contour line drawings using black, brush tip pens, then scan my work and colour digitally. Or, instead, I use markers, pencil crayons or water colour washes to colour my work, especially when I’m working outside the studio in my sketchbooks.

I’ve been drawing soon after I learned to hold a pencil and started scribbling. I knew I wanted to to be a cartoonist since I was twelve.

I’ve dabbled in other mediums but I always come back to the beautiful simplicity of cartoon illustration.
